I received an email to say that an item is cancelled from my order, but it’s still available to order on the website?

This will have happened because the item you’ve purchased is no longer available online. If an item is unavailable online, we’ll try to find your item in one of our stores. We will not process or take payment for your order if the in store item is not in a perfect condition. We will then send an email to let you know that your item has been cancelled from your order.

Since you placed your order, it’s possible that we have received more stock into our Distribution Centre or stores, and your item will be available to buy again. If you would still like your item, we invite you to place another order with us.  




On dispatch of your items we will send you an order dispatch email, to let you know that your card has been debited and your order is on its way.

To track your order you can click on the link in the dispatch email. You are able to track your order online within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent.

If the tracking link states delivery has been attempted and you haven't received a calling card, please contact Customer Service, please provide a suitable working day for delivery to be re attempted.

We will need 1 working days notice and will do everything we can to arrange this for you with our courier, whilst keeping you updated with progress.
